As a dedicated Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional Christina Harmes does reverse mortgages all day, every day. Christina has been a top producer of reverse mortgages for many years. She has over 15 years of experience in Real Estate, Mortgage Lending, and for the last 10 years, has been dedicated to Reverse Mortgages. As one of 180 Certified Reverse Mortgage Professionals (CRMP) nationwide, she was the youngest to ever achieve this highest designation in the reverse mortgage industry. Christina makes the complex simple to understand with her straight forward and clear explanations. She loves being able to help people find the right solution for their specific situation. Having grown up in San Diego, Christina believes it’s important to give back to the community she loves. She spends every Saturday morning September through April in the cold Pacific Ocean coaching the Varsity Surf team for her Alma Mater High School, Academy of Our Lady of Peace, with a team of over 40 surfers. She is a founding member of the National Aging in Place Council San Diego Chapter. Christina has filled many roles in the Reverse Mortgage industry, for 3 years she was the National Assistant Manager for C2 Reverse, the reverse division of C2 Financial Corp, the largest Mortgage Broker in the US. After years of building a premier reverse mortgage division from scratch.
